Betty wrote Adam and Ava Books focusing on children ages 3-8. However, the messages are so universal that older children (as well as adults) are enjoying the books too. Let's see what our little ones have to say. This page is dedicated to our precious children.

Nevaeh, age 8

Mom of a 4-year-old

Our first book fair was at Greater Praise Christian Academy—Lower School (grades K-5th) Memphis, TN

The students had fun and enjoyed the book reading. They were well engaged, inquisitive, and certainly understood the message: "Be who God created you to be and always know that God loves you just the way you are."

this is why in-person visits matter

My first childcare and pre-school visit was to Raleigh Hill Christian Academy - Memphis, TN

The videos tell the story why it matters to meet these precious children in person.

First Video: Graduate of the pre-school who came just for this Saturday mid-day visit.

Our first career day was at Egypt Elementary (Grades Pre-K - 5th) Memphis, TN

Part of my display included the flyer I created on the top left, "Do You Like To Write?" I wanted to provide these elementary aged students with practical and realistic insight about being an author. Plus of course I had freebies to give away, so it was a fun day.

The bottom right picture is from the school's Facebook page. It shows how engaged the students were as they went from table to table in the cafeteria talking to presenters and asking lots of interesting questions. They also had career vehicles outside in the parking lot where they were able to interact with firefighters, sheriff officers, etc.
